I was thinking of some Alabama football yesterday so I decided to read a few pages of Coach Bryant's book the Bear. I wrote a post over on my namesakes blog regarding one paragraph in the book that struck me as one more to remember from Coach Bryant!

I was reading a little further and thought- I should get something that Coach Saban has written and last evening I did just that and although the book is one of Coaches older books "How Good Do You Want To Be!" it is quite good as many of you may already know as Bama and college football fans!

I have often wondered if Coach Saban had taken Psychiatry classes at Kent State from his handling so many situation up in T-Town and Lo and Behold one of his best friend's Doctor Lonny Rosen is in fact a professor of Psychiatry so with that mentioned I better shut up my friends and get back to a few pages of this book and I hope you will stop in at your convenience and shop Battleship Marine for Christmas!

I must mention again that this is great book although I have only read a few pages!
