Customer's and Friend's
Last night's trip was not really about Mermaid's or Indian's although I could have eased on up to Choctaw Pass and around by the U. S. S. Alabama but I decided not to on this trip out in Mobile Bay because what the trip was really about was getting out there and seeing something you might not normally see or hear sitting on the couch watching Television!
The sound of the engine the wind and the waves coupled with the sights that I captured for this post prior to turning back South-East into the wind and bay chop was what this was all about.
Capturing the Columbia easing up the Mobile Ship Channel and getting an opportunity to take a photo of it or two and in the process capturing what looked to be an Airbus taking off from Brookley Field and rising into the sky over the Columbia was quite a sight to behold as the day drifted off into the night.
I decided to ease on up the Channel and take a picture or two of the dredge while I was over that way before I turned and headed back towards Fairhope, Alabama.
After taking a few pictures that I didn't post I turned turned the boat towards Fairhope thinking about that Pelican on a Piling.
I guess he or she felt like I do kinda sitting there minding his or her own business thinkin about another Pelican and I had to come along to mess the plan up.
Anyway I'm not sure where mind was going with that but it is beautiful out there on that Bay at night and if you know what your doing you get back safely in most any kind of weather.
It can be damn Romantic out there my friends and I guess it has always been that way and always will be.
It was a little choppy on the way back so the sights and sounds even though I didn't record them for you were exciting to say the least.
I didn't find a Mermaid out there last night. I may have found one before I launched the boat but only time will tell but one things for sure- when I got home about 9:30 and jumped in the shower while some chicken cooked on the grill I noticed something that struck my heart.
I got out of the shower and tossed a towel onto my wet clothes and realized my little girl dog "Boo Boo" was laying on my wet shorts under the dang towel. She has been in my life since she was 8 weeks old or so and That's been quite a while ago.
I immediately thought? My Lord! She sure as hell loves me and that's the story yall.
"When you find someone that will curl up with you when your wet and tired and maybe a little down but not out or even when your out then you have found someone that Loves you!"
I hope you get past the rest of the post and if you read between the lines and understand I'm supposed be allergic to the Pabst Blue-Ribbon you'll understand.
If I'm not allergic to Pabst "Blue-Ribbon" how can I be allergic to Michelob or Crown?
I am ADHD and you'll just have to guess what I took to write this post. If you wanna go dirty go dirty if you wanna clean go kinda Claritan Clear it's up to up to you but it's more Red, White and Blue!
Kinda like Pabst Blue Ribbon is to Michelob!
What-ever your favorite Beer might be my friends!
Damn sure don't compare to Crown!
