Journal Entry 061014-A: Battleship Marine!

Friends,

 

First let me invite you to "visit" my little Marine Supply Store on Highway 181 in Fairhope, Alabama!

 

The "Short" it would seem way too short 9 day Snapper Season from the reports of a bountiful catch would indicate in my opinion "particularly" since it would seem it must have been pretty crowded out there in the Gulf of Mexico that a second "Snapper Season" this year in 2014 would be warranted!

 

I mean for Christ Sakes even the Sharks were unhappy with a 9 day Season themselves!

 

I can hear them now cussing the Government from out in the Gulf of Mexico!

 

One Shark said to another "Damn! For Christ Sakes we gotta feed the family the rest of the year on a 9 day Snapper Season with all these big Snapper out here on these reefs"!

 

The other Shark replied "I think it's some dumb Human Being that caused this whole mess in one of their land based offices- I even heard that they had no plans to even come out and see why we all were forced into fighting each other over the entrails of the Snapper at Perdido Pass right off the beach!"

 

"They don't give damn about us Sharks or even who we are in that Government those humans have"!

 

Yall that's what those Sharks are most likely talking about after this years 9 day Snapper Season!

 

Father's Day is right around the corner and July 4th is pretty close so watch out for angry Alabama sharks looking for the government officials responsible for the short snapper season and stop by or give me a call here at Battleship Marine if you need Boating Supplies.
