Ships Log 051215-A: Tuesday From Fairhope Alabama!

I thought I would include a photo from Sunday with this post as well as wish you a nice week.

As each day passes I wonder if I will get back out on Dixie Bar this weekend because it is like heaven out there but you have to be careful on that bar because one minute you can be in 30 plus feet of water and the next in less than 4 feet and that's under your Transducer which as you know is mounted to the stern or thru the hull.

Don't let that scare you though cause those fish like those little drop offs as you most likely already aware and one more thing well maybe two- it drops off pretty fast on the east side of that Dixie Bar into that 30 plus feet of water and oh the second thing.

Keep a wary eye for those waves breaking on those shoals!

Now!

I was surprised when I crossed the bar to the East side and found birds and fish everywhere!

I mean friends they were every where but please be careful crossing that Dixie Bar many a man ship or boat has found herself and her crew foundering on Dixie Bar!

Now!

"Get your ass and your boat out there and catch some fish!"

If you notice the items out front of the store the Bimini top is on consignment and the fenders well you might be able use them too not to mention the two white bucket seats I took off my boat and the bait well.
