Journal Entry 062914-A: Looking for Katherine in my Negus!

Friends and Customers,

Yall of course I want to invite yall to visit me and Boo Boo at Battleship Marine for all your 4th of July Boating needs and I hope you do stop by or give me a call next week if you need supplies!

Please keep in mind that if I don't have it in the store- I can have it Thursday at the latest if we order it by 1pm Tuesday!

I have other supplies that are next day if we place the order by 3pm so it is conceivable that depending on what your need for supplies may be that if I don't have it in the store we can order it by 3pm Wednesday and still have it in the store Thursday July the 3rd!

Today I went looking for a Great White Shark named Katherine!

Yall she had been off Appalachicola, Florida but she hasn't surfaced to ping since the 25th of June at 7:44 am.

She's only 14 feet long and 2300# so I have been worried about her safety!

I thought she might have sought refuge in Mobile Bay so I launched my 17' Negus for the first time this year at Mullet Point and went looking for Katherine.

I'm just kidding about looking for Katherine but she is out there and so is Betsy.

Ill provide a link so you can keep up with her and Betsy out in Gulf of Mexico!

I figure the two of them either are looking for a man or decided to visit the Gulf of Mexico to give birth to a few a pups- you know they give birth to around twelve at a time!

Who knows they may be on Vacation and be just having a blast in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico eating some fine Gulf Seafood!

If I was a male Great White Shark I would be trying to hook up with one of them!

It was a pretty day on Mobile Bay and Crimson Creek Boatworks did a fantastic job on my Evinrude!

I did break a winch strap and my bimini top finally came to pieces and that is the type of supplies I "specialize" in here at Battleship Marine so if you need anything like that for the holiday weekend if its NOT in the store I can get it for you quick and cheap!

That should be obvious because my Bimini Top replacement and possibly the winch strap may have to wait until later!
